Does anyone know an inexpensive way to set up a rain barrel (hopefully less than $50)? we've discussed having one for a few years now, and actually want to implement it this year!

FYI- if you choose to do an open barrel instead, put a couple of small goldfish or feeder fish in your barrel. they will eat the mosquito larvae; we do this in our mini pond.
