Sale!
Boulevard Gardens is having a 50% off sale of all trees and shrubs if anyone needs any. also my favorite nursery, Oakland Nursery, is still having their customer appreciation sale. the entire place is on sale up to 66% off!
and while we're talking about getting sweet deals on stuff, I thought we might start talking about seed saving/exchanges. Also does anyone know where to get free mulch from the city? my husband swears you can get free mulch and/or compost.

Attention all Gardeners!
This coming Tuesday a small group from our church is making a meal for Rebecca's Place and we are looking for donations of fresh fruits and veggies from our gardens to help make this as healthy and nutritious as possible. So if you have something to harvest from your garden or would be willing to buy some fresh produce and donate it to this cause please bring your food to the first service on Sunday and either give it to me or leave it on the round table space under the stairs. Any other questions email me - softletters AT gmail DOT com.
Blessings!
